    • How to be sensitive to the patient's comfort during physical exams (e.g. obtaining consent, using appropriate draping methods)
    • Exemplary exam etiquette (e.g. how to proceed when you are stuck or what to say if you are unsure how to pronounce your patient's name).
    • How to ask up to 20 questions in one minute. (Yes, it's possible for OSCEs. I'll show you how.)

  • REVIEWS

"I’m very grateful for the guidance and mentorship Renée provided throughout my first CaRMS application. She is an exceptional mentor. Her support was a meaningful part of my journey and contributed to my successful match at my first choice, U of T. Renée’s help with my personal statements was invaluable. She helped me strengthen my writing while preserving my authentic voice, and supported me across BCCAP, Ontario, UBC, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan applications. What stood out most was her ability to bring out the genuine version of me in both my statements and interviews. She also simplified challenging interview questions and gave constructive feedback. She adapted each session to my learning needs. She would ask which topics I felt less prepared for in the next session, and then she would prepare targeted questions around those areas. One of the things I gained from working with Renée was confidence in my own journey as an IMG. She helped me recognize that many experiences I had initially overlooked were actually strengths worth highlighting. I would highly recommend Renée to anyone going through CaRMS. Her positivity, professionalism, and steady support kept me motivated throughout the process. Thank you Renée for your support!"

"Renée was a huge help while I was preparing for my CaRMS interviews. She has worked with many IMGs who have successfully matched into residency programs across Canada, and that experience really shows in the way she guides her sessions. She has a strong understanding of the CanMEDS framework and helped me think about my answers in a way that felt much more structured and relevant to Canadian residency interviews. What I appreciated most was how she adjusted each practice session based on what I needed at the time. If something wasn’t working or if I needed more focus in a certain area, she was quick to shift the approach and make the practice more useful. Her questions always felt intentional, and the feedback was practical without being overwhelming. She also brings a lot of insight from working with IMGs across different stages of the process, from NAC OSCE preparation to actual residency interviews. That broader perspective made the preparation feel more connected and less like isolated practice sessions. Overall, I would definitely recommend Renée to anyone going through CaRMS or preparing for a Canadian residency interview. She was supportive, easy to work with, and clearly invested in helping people improve in a realistic way."

"I am extremely grateful to have met Renée in 2025. She is an incredibly professional and skilled teacher. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to pass the NAC OSCE with a superior score of 647. She taught me essential aspects of communication with patients, helped me develop empathy, and guided me in understanding the needs ofothers and the importance of the patient-centered approach which is so important in Canadian healthcare. Renée provided excellent practice cases that were helpful. She always stayed positive, and consistently encouraged and motivated me. I couldn’t have done the exam without her. I am truly thankful for everything she has done for me and will always be grateful for her mentorship and I will recommend her to everyone. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Renée!"

"Renée was first recommended to me by a friend, andthat recommendation proved essential for my preparation. Her teaching combines structure, clarity, and a consistently patient-centered approach that shaped the way I approached every case. Her scenarios were complex, credible, and closely aligned with the level of challenge encountered in the NAC OSCE. She also adjusted her demeanor with precision to portray a wide spectrum of patient presentations, which strengthened my ability to adapt in real time and respond with clinical accuracy during demanding encounters. Her systematic post-encounter questions were one of the most valuable aspects of her instruction. They exposed gaps in my reasoning, clarified priorities for each type of station, and trained me to justify my decisions under pressure. Her explanations were detailed, practical, and consistently focused on helping me understand the underlying principles. Her guidance had a direct impact on my performance. By the time I entered the exam, my clinical judgment, communication skills, and confidence had progressed substantially. Having completed the NAC with superior performance, I can state that her teaching was a decisive contributor to that result. For anyone seeking high-quality preparation that genuinely reflects the demands of the exam, I absolutely recommend Renée!"

"I'd been struggling with taking sexual histories and reached out to Renée for help before my Phase 3 OSCE. She was so understanding and patient. She taught me how to normalize the questions to make the patient feel more at ease which in turn made me more comfortable. Happy to say this is no longer an issue for me. Big thanks, Renée!"

"I'm very glad I came across Renée's website as she was exactly the motivation I was looking for as I prepared for MCC's NAC-OSCE. Renée gave me confidence and it showed as I did pretty well on the exam. I would recommend her one-on-one sessions to give you that extra push. Thank you, again!"

"I decided to go back to nursing after a 9-year break. I started the Nursing Re-entry Program where I'd have to take part in simulations. Sims were new to me. Renée practised with me so I wouldn't feel so nervous and freeze up during interactions. After just a few case practice sessions, participating in sims became as easy a riding a bike. "

"Over two months, I attended private sessions with Renée. I never realized I was wasting a lot of time repeating myself. Her strategies for managing my time better during OSCEs was a game changer! Renée gave me practical tips on how to refocus and use my time more wisely. Now, OSCEs don't intimidate me as much anymore.
